It starts with a drop, a single and solitary drop. Rippling out across the vastness, it accelerates and is joined by other singular drops. Like a wave meeting the shore, it finds us…
The information finds us, washing over us like that wave: At times making us frantic, unable to breathe in our feeling of drowning, at others it cleanses our very soul.
And so it is we find voices joining together to speak their mind on subjects of interest and of passion. I welcome those contributing authors to ChangeForge… indeed a catalyst to affect the paradigm.

As the rules of business change, thinking must change as well. For us sales professionals, I believe antiquated thinking will only lead to frustration, unhappy clients and a dwarfed income. The purpose of my blogs is to provoke a deeper level of thought about achievement in business and to challenge the comfort zone in order to provide a new level of selling and lifestyle.
